What is our process?

With us, you're always in the loop!

1.) Onboarding

First, we onboard you! We collect all of the necessary information, in order for us to make the best content possible.

Payment

First thing's first, we get the payments and billing sorted!

Onboarding Form

After billing is all set, we get you through our onboarding form! This way we have some information about you and your business.

Communication Setup

After that, give us 24-48 hours and we'll get you setup inside of your own Slack channel. This way we can always keep you in the loop and you have direct access to your project manager and designer!

2.) Content Creation

Next, we start building out your new content! Your assigned content specialist will use all the information we collected, along with our own research to put together your amazing new content. We don't just make the graphics/images, we also write your captions and do that tedious hashtag research for you!

In order for us to create the best content possible, we start doing some research into industry trends, your competitors, etc.

Graphic Design

We don't just use stock images as posts like some agencies do. We go ahead and create some beautiful graphics to use for your posts!

Caption Writing + Hashtags

After the graphics are created, we start writing out the captions in a professional format, along with deeply researched hashtags to make sure you get all the traffic possible!

3.) Content Approval

After your content has been finished, it will be put into our content approval system. Your assigned content specialist will let you know that it's ready for approval! You can review the content and if needed, you can request adjustments to it!

4.) Time to Post

Finally, after you're happy with the content we have created for you, we start posting all of it! We stick to a schedule that we create, which includes what days we post and what time, to ensure we reach the most people!

Once all content is finalized and you're 100% happy, we get your accounts logged in to our 100% safe scheduling software!

Schedule Content

Once we are logged in and all set, we get your posts scheduled in at your desired time or we can choose the time for you.

Are there any contracts?

Nope! We believe in earning your business month after month, so there’s no contract involved. You can cancel anytime you’d like but we ask you to let us know at least 1 week beforehand.

Do you reuse content/posts?

Absolutely not! All content is 100% custom tailored to your business and nobody else's. Not a single post will ever be reused or 'recycled' across different clients.

How will you know what to post?

Once you sign up, your assigned Content Specialist will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience. Once that is concluded and your content is made, you will be allowed to review content before it is posted!

Can I review the content beforehand and does it cost extra?

Yes and it's free! You will ALWAYS be given the chance to review your content before it is posted, we want to make sure you love your content. Unlike some agencies, we will NEVER charge you to review your own content.

Do I have to pay for extra platforms?

No you don't! All of our plans include up posting on up to 5 platforms. Those platforms are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Do you white-label?

Yes we do! We currently work with dozens of agencies and their clients. When you sign up as an agency partner, you get access to content examples, PDF's, checklists, exclusive pricing and everything you need to start getting clients!

What kind of content will you make?

At the moment we make standard / static posts (graphics & images). If you require videos, carousels, etc.. please contact us for a custom package.

Can you post for us?

Yes, we can post on your behalf! If you would like us to post for you, this will require giving us access to your socials. Or you can post yourself using your own scheduler.

How long does everything take?

Typically you'll receive your first weekly content draft within 7 days, however this can vary a little depending on your business & content. Afterwards, you'll receive a new batch of content every week.
